Mitch Skipper is a 35-year veteran in the professional accounting industry and has been a Certified public accountant for over 30 years. A veteran of the US Air Force and the Army National Guard, he began his accounting career with Arthur Andersen & Co in 1987 following graduation from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

He has served both as a Controller for five years and a Chief Financial Officer for various companies in development, construction, and healthcare as well as a variety of other industries primarily working in entrepreneurial environments. He has worked with PROcure since one year after its creation.

He resides in Southeast Tennessee with his wife and two Australian Cattle Dogs.
