Rachelle is the Director of Administration at PROcure Advantage in Cleveland, TN. She is responsible for the back-end procedures of the company, website management and creating better processes and efficiencies at PROcure Advantage.

Rachelle has over 25 years of experience in various areas of business. Working in the insurance industry as a licensed team member/office manager for 15 years, then as a captive insurance agent for 6 years and more recently as an office manager/human resource specialist for 5 years in the emergency restoration industry.

She is native of West Palm Beach, FL and has resided in Cohutta, GA with her husband, Steve since moving here in 1994. They have two sons, Sebastian, and Trevor. Sebastian works in construction management and resides in Dallas, GA with his wife, Taylor and their fur baby, Shep. Trevor is serving in the Navy and resides in Washington State with his wife, Kelsey and their fur baby, Remi.

Rachelle enjoys doing home remodeling projects, taking care of their fur babies (dogs, cats and chickens), traveling with her family and friends, while spending as much time as possible at the beach or any other warm location. She is loves being a part of the PROcure Advantage team and is looking forward to building new relationships.
